Key aspects of the implementation plan include:

The state will invest Rs 2,000 crore over the next five years to upgrade educational infrastructure across all districts. Special emphasis will be placed on strengthening vocational education and skill development programs.

Primary schools in rural areas will receive additional teachers and digital learning resources. The government plans to establish at least one model school in each tehsil by 2028.

Higher education institutions will be encouraged to offer courses aligned with local industry needs, with a focus on renewable energy, tourism, and traditional crafts.
